Terms of Service

Use the site lawfully and without harming or disrupting it or other visitors. The information on it describes my service and is not a binding offer until we have agreed the work in writing.

I build a website of up to 5 pages for your business on Framer, as described on the home page, and send you a private preview within 48 hours of receiving your details. The 48 hours starts once I have what I need from you.

I include one round of changes. Further work is quoted separately.

The price is R5,000, once-off. There is no deposit, and nothing is due until you have seen and approved the finished website. After you approve it I send an invoice, and payment is due on the terms stated on that invoice.

Hosting and your domain are not part of that price. You pay Framer and your domain provider directly, at their prices.

If you do not approve the website after the included round of changes, you owe nothing and I will not use or publish the site.

Once you have paid, I transfer the whole Framer project to your own Framer account. You keep ownership of the content and materials you give me.

Until payment is received, the website and its design remain mine and may not be published or used.

Send the information, materials and feedback I need, and make sure you have the right to use them. Delays in sending them can delay the preview.

Your site depends on Framer, your domain provider and other third-party tools. I am not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from this website or my services, and my total liability is limited to the amount you have paid me.

I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date.
